117: Less than 30 days left in the school year, and I'm looking forward to having a couple of months off. I'm sure in August we will be back in the buildings full time. I'm not looking forward to that, but I know what I need to do to keep myself safe. So, what am I grateful for on day 117? I'm grateful for Vegging out with Jerry watching some Below Deck Sailing Edition. It's a guilty pleasure, and once again, it proves to be entertaining for us.
118: It's spaghetti night. A constant in our routines. It gives me joy to eat some yummy spaghetti that we prepare together. It also is a 'no brainer" for weekly meal planning, which I love. So today, I'm grateful for spaghetti night!

115: We made roasted carrots, and they were amazing! I'm grateful for veggies. I need more of them in my diet. I know that. I need to get past this lazy person crap and just cook them all up and eat them.
116: I'm grateful for cat sighs. Nutmeg came into the "classroom" today and got up on the bed. Nestled up on a pillow and started settling in for a nap. She did the cutest *sigh* before she finally settled in and it was adorable.

111: Not a good day. Work is wearing on me. I'm feeling confined even though I really don't want to go anywhere. I'm feeling worn out as well. So what do I have to be grateful for. I am grateful for having these feelings. It's okay not to be okay. It's the sad days that balance out the joy that comes from most days.
112: I'm still feeling "meh." A co-worker's mother passed away yesterday. She had been battling Congestive Heart Failure for a while now. I feel for my co-worker. Losing a parent is hard. That Mother/Daughter relationship is a special bond (well, for me it was) and not having mom around can be rough. I'm grateful to have gone through that experience though. Jerry and I lost all our parents within 18 months. One after another. I don't know how we did it, but we did. We have use some dark humor to ease some of the pain. Lots of "your momma" jokes and if I see a monkey or a gorilla saying "I miss my dad.." I'm thankful that I can remember them like that on a daily basis.

109: I'm grateful for maid service. I know I have said that before but I really am not a fan of cleaning and the ability to have someone else do it is a nice treat. And...we are helping by employing them. Right?
110: I woke up to breakfast made by my cutie pie husband. I'm grateful for a morning person husband. I'm so not a morning person so doing anything in the morning is a chore. I was treated with his recipe of roasted breakfast potatoes, eggs over easy, and a couple of sausage links. YUM!

96: Horrible headache when going to make dinner. The chopped sweet potato bag wasn't sealed and potato bits when flying everywhere. What was left smelled off. Jerry jumped in to help as I was having a horrible headache and took over the veggies for dinner. We have a lovely pork tenderloin with his potato and carrot roasted yumminess. I'm grateful that he always has my back.
97: We are testing this week at school. So for the virtual students and me it's a lot of independent work and no live meetings. I'm happy I'm home though. I am still not feeling 100%. I don't know if it's a sinus, or ear infection, or just allergies. Either way, I'm grateful for sitting in my little faux classroom today.

94: I'm grateful for sleeping in. I woke up at 10:30, and it was great! I love the weekends that I actually do that.
95: It's Monday, and honestly, I'm feeling meh. But, it's also maid day. I'm grateful that we have maid service, even if it isn't always convenient for them to be here.
